The Mindful Path is a 9-week online course (introductory session + 8 weekly classes) that offers gentle, practical ways to cultivate mindfulness. Each week introduces a theme through short talks, guided practices, reflection and time for questions and sharing.

Discover your unique practice


This course presents a number of different options for practising mindfulness. You are encouraged to explore your personal preferences so you can practise in a way that feels meaningful and fulfilling to you.

By the end of the 9 weeks, you will have built a personalised toolkit that you can use both during formal practice as well as in daily life.

Based on the Unified Mindfulness system


This course is grounded in the Unified Mindfulness (UM) system — a comprehensive approach encompassing all contemplative practices. It has a clear and precise framework and UM's rigorous methodology has been used as the basis for research at leading institutions, such as Harvard Medical School, Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Vermont.

Develop essential life skills


While learning different mindfulness techniques and approaches, The Mindful Path will help you develop essential skills in:


  • managing stress and building emotional resilience
  • enhancing self-compassion and self-acceptance
  • cultivating inner peace and a greater sense of wellbeing


This course guides you through practical techniques, thereby helping you improve your overall wellbeing and equipping you to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and clarity.

Practical details


  • From 18 September 2025 to 20 November 2025 (with a week off on 23 October 2025)
  • Sessions take place on Thursdays, 19:00 - 20:30 UK time (if you're not in the UK, please check your local time here)
  • 9 sessions (intro + 8 weekly sessions)
  • Each session lasts 90 minutes and is held online
  • For this round, I’m offering flexible donation-based pricing as I test the new platform. The suggested donation is £95. If you’re not able to contribute that amount right now, you’re welcome to choose a lower amount that feels right for you. No questions asked; no explanations needed.
  • No prior experience with meditation is needed

2. When does the next course start, and how does it run?

The next course begins on 18 September and the last session will take place on 20 November.

There are 9 sessions altogether (intro + 8 weekly sessions), with a short break on 23 October.

We meet online, and you’ll also have access to a secure course space where you can find session recordings to support your journey.


3. How much does the course cost?

For this round, I’m offering flexible donation-based pricing as I test a new course platform:

  • The suggested donation is £95
  • If you’re not able to contribute that amount right now, you’re welcome to choose a lower amount that feels right for you
  • No questions asked. No explanations needed.

4. Do I need any experience with mindfulness or meditation?

Not at all. Whether you’re completely new or already have some experience, you’re very welcome.

The practices are simple, gentle, and supportive — and you’ll be guided every step of the way.


5. What if I miss a live session?

No problem. All sessions are recorded, and you’ll have 1 year’s access to the teaching and guided meditation parts through the new course platform.


6. How many people are in the group?

The group is kept small and supportive so there’s space for everyone. This helps create a sense of connection and safety.


7. What if I’m not sure it’s the right fit?

8. What will I get after the course?

Alongside the live sessions, you’ll have access to all teaching recordings and guided meditations for 1 year after the course, so you can revisit the practices whenever you wish.
